We’ve been fascinated by Japan’s famous ‘sakura’ flowers. But wouldn’t it be nice if Philippines have local cherry blossoms? Definitely yes!

The cherry blossoms are just picture-perfect that even foreigners look forward to visiting the country at its full bloom season. In fact Japan has this so called ‘Cherry Blossom Festival’; for this year it began last March ‘til April.

We all know that sakura tree only grows in countries with tepid climates, meaning, Philippines is off the list. But photos posted online looks a lot like the pink cherry blossoms. How could this be possible?

No need to go to Japan to see cherry blossoms.
